What can I expect at my first session?

You will be greeted by your therapist, Victor, and have time to drink water and use the WC, if needed. You will then be guided into a peaceful and healing treatment room where you will feel safe, comfortable and at ease.

How does Kundalini yoga work?

What is a session like?

A typical private Kundalini Yoga session includes chanting the Adi Mantra, some breathwork, warmups, a yoga kriya, relaxation, a meditation and then closing out with the Long Time Sun blessing and the mantra Sat Nam.
